Human Resource Development

The ARAR CONSULTANTS (pvt.) Ltd. will staff the key individuals at appropriate time of the project’s development. During this phase the ARAR CONSULTANTS (pvt.) Ltd. will recruit/train department managers and support staff judiciously with cost-effectiveness. In addition; Employee Policies and Procedures, Handbooks, Salary and Benefit Structure and Job Descriptions will be developed.

A major focus will also include the recruitment of Physicians, Specialists & Health Managers in accordance with the hospital’s anticipated services lines and related needs. In addition, the ARAR CONSULTANTS (pvt.) Ltd. ’s Process Design and Protocol Implementation Plan will outline the work that is to be accomplished in the facility while addressing the need for maintaining accountability of results. ARAR CONSULTANTS (pvt.) Ltd. will also develop the criteria/methodology for credentialing of physicians. Following core operations will be conducted;
